REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At BUYHERE, we want you to have a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging when applicable.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at buyhere2026@gmail.com.

Please include your order information and, when possible, photos showing the issue so we can review your request and determine the appropriate solution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used personal-care products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible return is received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
